Strategy & Design
During this phase I create a preview (mockups) showing the proposed design for the website, focusing on your established style guidelines, ideal client, and calls to action for your business.
Here you have an opportunity to provide direct feedback about what looks amazing and what needs adjustment.
Implementation
I then carry over the approved design concept to the full site, adding in your content, photography, and custom graphics in a clean, user-friendly format. Minor refinements may be done in this phase.
Final testing will be performed to ensure that the website functions properly on both desktop and mobile devices prior to launching. I’ll also prepare launch photos for you to use to promote your new website across your own channels.

I usually schedule new projects at least a month in advance. To check on my next availability, email me at [email protected], and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. If you need something done urgently, my VIP Design Day service might be a fit for your needs.
I’ll need all the content you want on the website. That includes copy (text), images, branding elements ( colors, fonts, logo – if you already have them). If you don’t have a branding concept already, I will create a very simple branding concept with you (a color palette, a typeface logo, fonts, etc.)
I don’t do copywriting or SEO, but I’ll gladly recommend you my favorite copywriter. You need to have all your website content ready or almost completed before the start date.
Absolutely! In order to reserve your spot and start date, I’ll need a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due before moving the website to your domain.
No, these are additional costs. Domains typically cost about $10/year and hosting ranges about $150/year. You can purchase both from SiteGround.
Most full custom websites take between 3 weeks and 7 weeks depending on the size of the site.
If you schedule a Website in a Week package, after I walk you through some pre-work, it’s quite possible we’ll be able to get your new site up and running in just 5 days.
No problem, I have experience working through different time zones. I am currently in Romania, which is EEST / EET (Eastern European Time).
For instance, if you are in a US time zone like PST, we would set up any meetings in the morning of your time/evening my time. So yes, we can make this work for your time zone.

Yes! At the end of our collaboration, you will receive video tutorials for every important feature on your website, which will help you edit and manage everything yourself. Plus, you have a free 30 calendar day period in which you can ask me anything. If you’d rather not bother with that though, we can discuss a monthly maintenance and administration package.
